I'm not too sure McKormick, but I think that it may be from the Virtual View series of games.

Anyway, all that obsession was bound to affect Sony somehow, and goad it into some sort of response. And so it happens, with Virtual View, a logical progression from Tecmo’s swimsuits ‘n’ sport game. It removes the unnecessary sporting aspect, of course, and puts you, the player, in the role of photographer at a swimsuit shoot. The PS2 controller lets you manipulate the camera 360 degrees around the MPEG-2 captured models as they move, take pictures, and admire them at your leisure. Each of the disks contains 32 minutes of footage; the nude patch is presumably on the way.

The most likely reason for YM's lack of visible nipplage of course is that hers are simply soft.... some women IME almost never become erect, even when it's cold/during stimulation or sucking, etc.... The areolas isn't 'puffy' but rather mimics the contour of the breast, and the nipple itself is soft so that it is pressed down and conforms to the general contour (sans protruberance) even when wearing a thin bra or bikini top. Given a choice, I much prefer impressive, excitable and reactive nipples, especially if the breasts themselves are ample.... all a matter of proportion.

Yoko had a new DVD out on 12/15 (see Matsugane Yoko-mania ). New pix on boards have gotten harder to come by since publishers have been clamping down on posting of gravure idol images from copyrighted sources (the big Rio Natsume site was closed down back in November).
