Primetime game shows where the contestants dance/sing/etc.  Wow...you can almost harmonize.  Woopty fucking doo!  You can do the robot then break out some 1981 breakdancing.  Call your Mama in the room and tell her to get you a fucking cookie.

People who spell "alot" as one word.  Was once told by a professor that this is used as an intelligence benchmark... he automatically discounts an essay if it contains the non-word "alot".

Also, the improper use of "than" and "then".

Absolutely!

I'm right behind the professor on this (and slightly to the left). If there's one thing that's worse than writing 'alot', it's writing 'ALOT'.

And I can't stand people who say 'absolutely' when they mean 'yes'.
