Hello Everybody,

I would like to sincerely thank everyone who gave their input.  I would absolutely LOVE to incorporate as many of these ideas as I can.  I appreciate all of the tips, requests, and information provided.

Thank you again!  All very wonderful ideas.    There is something about latex and leather that is very appealing.  Latex is like a second skin hugging every inch of your body...a lover with omnipresent hands...hehehe!  I’ve been getting tons of really great ideas which I am absolutely planning to do.  Unfortunately, at the moment, some of them are unattainable, as I do not possess the funds to acquire the right props.   Still, those are very appealing ideas that I will definitely pursue.  I was recently shown a catalogue with some really awesome outfits in it.  As soon as I acquire the cash (the boobs have to come first, you know ) I will be ordering something special.

Hi Everybody,

Wednesday is the big day for me.  I go in first thing in the morning to get another 1000ccs added to my implants.  Yay!    That will take me up to 4000ccs per breast.  I am very excited!  I just wanted to let everybody know.

Implants are routinely overfilled by at least 15% beyond their rated capacity.  This overfill helps reduce rippling and plumps out the breasts quite nicely.  When I had my first surgery, the doctor barely fit in 3000ccs, which was quite remarkable anyway, since I had never had any implants previously.  Over several months, my skin has stretched and grown and now has the capacity to hold even more.  Rather than taking these implants out just yet, the doc and I have decided to overfill my existing ones by as much as 1000ccs to give my skin a little more “growing” room for the permanent expanders.  The doctor doing Wednesday’s procedure is not the same one who originally implanted me.  I will be put under while he makes the incisions and  locates the valves.  If all goes well, there should only be a couple of small incisions.

I will be taking several before and after shots to show all of you.  I hope you are all as excited as I am!  This is the start of some really big things to come!

Breast of luck, Kiesha.  Actually, I'm betting that you're going to love the roundness and firmness that the extra overfill creates!  Plus I'm sure that you already know that allowing your skin to stretch, adjust and accomodate a 4000cc size with your present implants will make it possible for you to accomodate even larger custom made permanent implants later (like 5500cc at least I would think, maybe 6000cc).
