Yes, it seems that Keisha has all but retired - but the only thing that gives me hope is that her website and Twitter account are still 'up' and not yet removed/taken down.  I can't imagine her website brings in any money, but yet it has stayed up for the past 3 years without an update.  You would think if she wanted to retire and "quit" she would have her site, Twitter account, etc., taken down.

I wonder why she stopped posting on the forums here? 

Anyway, I hope she is well and still loves those giant, wonderful breasts of hers.

I agree; if her implants were not supported artificially in some way, she would develop a more ball in the sock look with the implants hanging and bulging at the bottoms.  Even with an internal bra, though the implants remain at a fixed level, supported by braided suture attached to the ribs, it doesn't prevent the skin from relaxing over time.  Keisha could have some skin removed to tighten up the look or add another few thousand milliliters to each implant; pretty sure she would choose the latter.

I got to be honest with you all.. I have never heard of a "Internal Bra" is there a list of adult stars with them?

Not to my knowledge, but since they were not developed until after the 90s, anyone prior, like Lacey Willd, would have done so retroactively.  If you go it surgical sites, you will find them offered and even recommended for implants exceeding certain sizes, however, the cost usually exceeds the cost of the implants themselves.  That said, there is a European version for natural boobs that uses a silicone mesh, as opposed to pig skin, and is much cheaper.  Skin stretches and sags over time and weight just amplifies the effect; the internal bra keeps everything looking as desired by removing the weight factor.

If you do searches for internal bra or for the newer natural boobs one, developed in England in like 2014, you will find that for implants beyond say 750cc, or cup sizes beyond DD, they are recommended to keep the desired shape..
