is this her spot on **24**, or just a user with her as an avatar?

Having done a tad bit of research, I can put out some pros and some cons:

Pro, there are about 100 pictures of Yulia scattered around the Sara Anastasia **24** page. That's a "pro" regardless of who she is.

Con: The **24** site lists a birthday ten years later than Yulia's.

Neutral, the email address associated with the page is [email protected].
