Yes, the word is a combination of Otaku (anime/manga fan) + Con (short for convention). There are usually some buxom ladies wearing Cosplay (costume based on anime, games & other media) that are revealing in sometimes unusual places.  ;D

I wish I could have gotten the digital camera. So no pics. Infact I couldnt even stay most of Saturday due to mental health issue. (mood disorders are a bitch when unmedicated)
