Sammy Braddy is fine, but that's a pretty high standard. I submit two candidates from the 80's: Kimberly McArthur and Shannon Long.
It's an "eye of the beholder" thing, but these two ladies would be the top on my list - probably Shannon if I had to pick on the basis of boobs alone, although, overall, Kim McArthur has the best combination of body, boobs, butt, face (legs, hair, personality, etc.) in the history of the universe.  IMHO.

Ory of course makes a good point: "best" is subjective and prudently taken with a whole shaker of salt when used by a magazine that a whole lotta folks have never heard of to describe a model that a whole lotta folks have never heard of.

Which is not to say that Sammy Braddy isn't cute as the day is long. I particularly like the short hair (big surprise, I know). However, if it weren't FOR that short haircut, she'd look about 95% like a hundred other models who's names I can't recall anymore. According to the magazine in question (and presumably to the readers who buy it) "best" boobs apparently means "looking most like implanted boobs without visible scars or other obvious signs of surgery."

I'm NOT anti-implant, though I do prefer naturals (all else being equal, which as you know, it never actually is). Thus, to me, Sammy's boobs aren't "the best" nor even really her best feature. Personally I find her cute bob and hyper-sexualized pixie countenance to be more of a draw than her boobs. As Ory points out, there are simply a LOT of other models who can objectively (if such a thing is possible) be considered to have better boobs IF you enjoy breasts as God made, and IMO, intended them to be... both of the Playboy centerfolds he mentioned qualify, along with a dozen others from the '70s and '80s, as well as a whole bunch of non-Playboy models including Chloe Vevrier and Danni Ashe to name just two (of my personal favorites).

This is not to say that I mind such media hyperbole... I just take it for what it is: in this case, a way to generate attention and sell magazines.

Sammy is cute though, no doubt about it.

I believe Rachel Aldana has the world's most perfect natural breasts, and Chelsea Charms for best enhanced.  Body wise?  Sammy Brady is close to Ms. Long as previously mentioned but Ms. Long still leads by a cup in the breast and a giggle in the trunk!

I LOL'd at this, Pal Because I just noticed liking Sammy's boobs a lot, *and* I'm an unabashed fan of implanted boobs.

BTW, there's an interesting thing I've noticed about the breasts of old statues, torsos etc.: they tend to be perfectly round and full with no sagging. Kinda weird if you think about the fact that they didn't have implants back then. But then again, this substantiates the hypothesis of breasts as 'frontal buttocks' for us naked apes doing it the missionary style instead of doggy
