Been watching SGU on Netflix, Anderson-Benson is nothing short of incredible. Heavy duty-industrial sized titties to rival yes, even Christina Hendricks. Here she is at full attention from the episode "Sabotage". She's like a futuristic Lt. Crandall from Operation Petticoat

You guys do know that before Julie's current tour of duty as Second Lieutenant Busty on SGU (which I'm finally getting to discover as the 1st season is being shown in syndication ) she made a guest appearance on Stargate: Atlantis as Willa, one of Lucius Lavin's (Richard Kind) six wives?

Her role in that SA episode Irresistible had her not looking so military, as she spent it wondering around a village dressed in an outfit more suitable for the cover of a "bodice ripper" romance novel.

A no-brainer! However, they needlessly omitted two minor but appealing characters: Jennifer Spence as Dr. Lisa Park (who at times somehow manages to give Julia a run for the most-doable award) and Julie McNiven who plays/played Ginn... perhaps the second-most appealing redhead on television right now (after Christina Hendricks of course). IMDB says Julie has worked as a stand-in for Lindsay Lohan.

The show must have been very expensive to film and the ratings were terrible.

I blame the decision to put Julia Benson in a Flak jacket in all her scenes in season 2 for the cancellation.

SG-1 made it 10 Seasons
SGA made it 5 Seasons
SGU made it 2 Seasons

So if they do a 4th Live Action Series it will only make 1 season.

Don't think it was a cost thing, it was the smallest of the SG series set and budget wise, it just tried too hard to be an HBO/showtime show minus it being a good pay cable show.

SGA was the one I thought was crawling. I watched it for 3 seasons, but by the end of the third, I'd completely lost interest. I thought SGU had so many possiblities.....Well, Julia being one of them.....
