No, it's 10 per IP period.  Perhaps you have a dynamic IP address which changes daily, but most people do not.  We have the same couple of IPs at our office and we used up our 10 per IP limit a long time ago and can't do anymore no matter what day it is.

I'm not a lawyer but I also find it extremely surprising that a contract with no end date and with a termination based on a promotion could be legal or possible. It just sounds very far-fetched. With the current limits on the number of loads per IP address and the relatively limited number of people that visit the BEA, this could still take a very very long time.

You are in all likelihood correct. However, in order to even get into that, Sara would have to hire a lawyer (which she does not have the money for) and go through God-knows-how-long of a legal process.  Not to mention, in the U.K. the laws are different than in the U.S. because in order to file any kind of motion against someone else, you have to pony up all the money for the court costs in advance, which is usually several thousand UK pounds.  This is done to prevent frivolous lawsuits, but the downside is that people who truly do have a claim and yet don't have the money to pursue it can get the shaft.

Ah. You miss a key point.
To ignore a contract altogether requires absolutely no lawyers.

If they try to enforce it against her, they would have to hire lawyers -- and in the UK, the losing party to  lawsuit must bear all of the costs. This should discourage them from enforcement, which is the intent of the law.

She doesn't want to get into legal hassles with anyone, because if she did go and ignore the contract, she'd still have to get someone to defend her, at least in a minimal capacity and that's still quite expensive. 

The bottom line is that this thing was at 70,000 on April 7th and it's going to hit 100,000 today, so we've put 30,000 hits on it in under 10 days and we haven't even really begun to fully use our traffic and network pull to really promote it yet, so I'm thinking we can do this and get it done relatively quick.
