Shockingly (to me anyway) until your post, I was unaware that any sort of underendowed-male fetish existed (though it makes sense I suppose). As for small breast humiliation, I can't say I've seen much where that was the specific intent, though we have a few long threads here that might include some of that sort of appeal, either accidentally or intentionally.
