Wow, that's a very high doorknob. 
That is indeed on high doorknob. Luckily the photo is pretty easy to analyze. Here are my findings -
a) The door knob is about 51" (130cm) off the floor, that is very high.
b) The photo is most likely taken in eastern Europe and judging from the door jamb design we are talking north-eastern Europe.
c) The electrical plug in the shadows also is a clue.
d) The electrical in general is suspect indeed - obviously a retrofit.
e) The model is very tall for her build. She stands around 6'-1" to 6'-2". (185-188cm)
f) She also is about 8.3 heads high (without heels) so she is
very elongate.
g) Her measurements are 38,27,40 rounded to the nearest inch. (96,68.5,102cm)
h) Her under-bust is 28" - thus an estimate of cup size of E to F
i) Estimate of weight - around 123lbs. (55Kg) or about 20lbs underweight.
j) The phone stand in the poster also backs up these basic size estimates.
Overall complexion, hair and eye color / eye shape and overall degree of health also point to the eastern Baltic states or related. Her most striking feature is her narrow waist. Interestingly her legs are not overly long which is typical for women of this height and build. The image does not appear manipulated and although somewhat atypical her stats are not so extreme. In other words, she is naturally tall, with a narrow waist and slightly busty but not overly so given her height.
