AbbyJJ, if possible, make sure you get before/after pics for yourself (either clothed or topless) just to demonstrate to yourself the change you will have undergone in order to appreciate your new size… :)

My wife used Dr. Tom Pousti in San Diego for getting her 800cc shells filled to 1400cc. Not sure what your plans are. But he is one of several great Dr's in the US that can get fairly large using Saline. As you likely found out by now, getting large silicone is expensive and out of the US. I hear Dr. Domanski does use saline expanders and adjustables in the US for large sizes. But he also operates in Italy if you want custom Silicone. Very expensive, $4500 per custom implant.
