About half the time even I have to look it up to see if the crazy things they say and do is real! I would not believe most of the stuff by hearsay and just astonish when its actually true !

I feel that if they say it out in the open they would normalize it and pretend its not illegal.

Former Secretary of Defense James Mattis laughed off the news that President Trump had called him “the world’s most overrated general,” joking that he’s not just an overrated general, but the “greatest, the world’s most overrated” general, during his keynote address Thursday at the annual Alfred E. Smith Memorial Foundation Dinner in New York.

“He also called Meryl Streep an overrated actress, so I guess I’m the Meryl Streep of generals,” Mattis riffed at the philanthropic event, in which roasts are tradition. He went on to remark that he’s not bothered: “I’ve earned my spurs on the battlefield ... and Donald Trump earned his spurs in a letter from a doctor.”

Yep I called Trump the "N" word and paid the consequences for it, but at the national baseball game my sentiment seems to be very popular these days. However, I will recognize that Trump is a highly value honorary member of the BEA, and try to abide by the rules to not call him names again or make comment about his type of speech.

The Impeachment Hearings are going live on TV this week.

Should be fun watching the various Trumpists in Congress trying to come up with excuses for El Presidente's extortion.

We've already seen "Sondland, Giuliani, and Mulvaney were acting on their own, and not on Trump's instructions". And "It's OK if Trump didn't believe he was doing anything wrong". And "He didn't say anything in the phone call that he didn't say in public, so it cannot possibly be a crime". And "It's all invalid and unverified unless and until we know who the Whistleblower is". And "Really, what was Hunter Biden doing for Burisma anyway? That's where the real crime is".

Seriously. They're desperate.

Let's hope there are enough sane Americans left to start making life difficult for Republicans in Congress.
