The game is called Aching Dreams 3 and is currently in development. Aching Dreams 1 and 2 had mostly top-heavy girls, but because all of the flat-chest lovers out there whined and complained like there was no tomorrow, Aching Dreams 3 is going to have a "reduced" roster. But that can change if everyone here gives HentaiCook their input! He has a blog post here detailing the breast sizes of the girls to be in AD3:

Please post some feedback about the need for even bigger breasts! Ultimately this game is being made for profit, so if the consumer wants bigger breasts, the consumer will get bigger breasts!
