hi all my gf will have the above in november in uk, but would like to go bigger up to 3500cc or so is this possible in the uk or europe?

i know expanders are an option but they dont last that long do they? then they need to be replaced with an actual implant, where are implants this size available?

Yes.

Expanders aren't held to the same level of quality control, so they should be replaced as soon as is feasible. Post-operatively adjustable implants are something altogether different.

You can check with Dr Foster regarding the expanders.
