  Saying he's a great artist is an understatement, though most artists appreciate being told that someone thinks their work is great. It's a stamp of validation to hear good words... especially for someone that does come across as being a good person. One can see this in his responces to questions and requests in the above mentioned yahoo group, thanks for making the link for others to see, ElizaD!
