From time to time I have started threads about women from the past who generally didn't do a lot of modelling, or who had other jobs and just dabbled in modelling, and when I knew a bit about them.
"Mary Edwards" is probably not the "real" name of a British woman who never came to the United States, but whose photos appeared in almost all the big-boob magazines at one time or another. There is a strong bias in the United States regarding sex workers; outside of Nevada and New Jersey, virtually all states prohibit sex workers. Mary appeared in big-boob magazines beginning in the 1970s when she was in her late 20s or early 30s, in spreads that were taken either in motel rooms or homes, in kitchens and laundry rooms, usually because they were taken by clients who found Mary memorable and often sent photos of her to magazines.
She worked in the U.K. as a sex worker from at least the 1970s into the 1990s. One of her clients was and is something of an Internet presenter, and has more information about her here:
