Kitty: You always do excellent work. I'm glad you posted your 'dream body'- I'm also glad that you didn't feel pressured to post your -real- body, or to leave and not come back.
wow- 6'4" ? impressive!
Hmmm, I hope I don't seem that thin skinned. This place is very friendly, and I think i've become pretty desensitized to the internet in general. If I couldn't take members of the opposite sex wanting to see me naked, I couldn't go on the internet anymore eh? or bartend for that matter. or waitress. or walk down the street... well you get the idea.
I know how to appreciate a lewd compliment

I thought it was kinda cute, everyone prodding me to do a self morph

it seems like most people here are pretty friendly towards the idea of my being 6'4". I wish i could say the same for the species at large. I'm not terribly fond of it myself. it's quite limiting. being 'significantly' different from norms is rarely an asset in getting along in society. Not that I have a love of normalcy... but I don't like being forced into anything. I just react very negatively to being told I have no control over things that will affect my life.
I read the last caption of the BE fetish and it says 5' 6" tall. You are 6' 4" tall. Why would you want to be short ? I'm 5 ' 5" tall and I would kill just to be 5" taller. Don't you realize what a huge natural advantage you already have ? I constantly have to prove myself just to be taken seriously because way too many people ASSume that intelligence, courage, leadership, etc, etc comes with height. Things are built for the tall. Clothing is designed for the tall. While there are advantages to being short ( as a submariner it was easier to be short in submarines ) I'll admit I really wish to be taller. Heck, it's easier to get a date when you are tall
.
5'6" isn't really "short", that's average height for a girl you know.
5'10" would be tall for a girl, i'm half a foot taller than that. I can't shop in a mall, because nothing fits, ever. 95% of the catalog stuff doesn't fit either. I can't get into the back seat of most cars unless someone helps me get back out and pays for a chiropractor visit. Being taller than all the boys is most certainly *not* helpful in getting dates. And frankly being extremely 'different' in this species is a recipe for harassment and abuse. can't do modeling, too tall. can't do ballet, too tall. I've failed to get jobs just because some think my height looks odd. I have back problems because of the leverage my long torso puts on the disks in my spine. being tall and of gentle temperament when you're young is like being a punching bag, because there's apparently nothing wrong with picking on bigger people. When I leave the house, I am under a constant spotlight. there is no blending in to be had. Whether I had time to do my makeup and hair or not, I will be stared at and scrutinized everywhere I go, all the time.
I've been assaulted twice under suspicion of being a transsexual, because apparently some people think that's a justification for killing or maiming people. It probably doesn't help that I do sometimes socialize in transsexual circles because my best friend happens to be one. But i'm certainly not going to let some redneck thug tell me who to be friends with. I can't imagine what she would have done in that situation, she's only 5'6"/130lbs, and the thought of physical violence paralyzes her with fear. I didn't have too much trouble because I think I got the berserker gene from my ancestors along with the height gene (though it did take a lifetime of growing up in a hell hole to unlock the gene). And I have developed a very, very, dark place, which is very rare to see, but bullies seem to have a knack for getting a glimpse.
It's just as well I suppose, 'fighter' isn't really part of my self concept, but regardless of what role I prefer, I am cast in the role of amazon.
The grass is always greener my friend. It would be nice to be 5'10", that's tall for a girl, but reasonable. But at 5'5" you're closer to that height than I am. And I'd argue that being a high-visibility freak is not 'easier' than being a low visibility one. Not that any of us actually are "freaks", but if you're going to be 'different', the other humans will make you pay for it. it's easier if you don't stand out.
anyway, the last picture in the series is not how I want to look in real life anyway. It's just a sexual fantasy. And as part of that fantasy, it would be nice to actually have a lover who's larger than myself at some point, just to try that out.
If I actually found a magic lamp, and could pick any height for the rest of my life, I would end up being 5'10" or so.
I don't mean to say that being 'extremely tall' is some sort of sob story. It is what it is, and I've learned not to give much of a fuck what other people think unless they're someone close to me. I'm just saying, don't kid yourself into thinking that having a trait like that would be some sort of red carpet.

Lets not make this a 'height thread' though. my introduction thread went in that direction for a couple pages (it's only a couple pages long), and to be honest, it's
not my favorite topic. I only ever bring it up to put my weight into context, because 200lbs makes me sound pretty round, but i'm more of a tree.
