This might sound like a proposed slogan for this site, but in fact it's the title of a telenovela (Sin Senos no hay Paraiso in Spanish) currently airing (in reruns) on Telemundo. The Wikipedia description may speak for itself:
"The series is based on investigative journalist Gustavo Bolivar's debut novel and features an attractive young prostitute who desires to have massive breast implants in order to attract a rich cocaine smuggler."
I don't know whether there are ever any big boobs on this program, although the first scene I saw when I came across it was a woman at a plastic surgeon's office. In any case, I mainly posted this because of that title.
