Like Perrier?

Yeah. Same thing, basically. Try Perrier or Pellegrino and squeeze a little lemon or lime juice into it to cut the mineral flavor.

I add lime to my water to change my PH and dissolve the stones I have in my kidney from years of **94** cola.

I'll be starting over sometime this week.  One thing I forgot about that can drastically affect someone's weight is stress.  And I had an assload of it from the job I had.  Thankfully I'm no longer at that job.  A week before I left, a doctor said my blood pressure was 190/130.  Another week at that job and I probably would've had a heart attack.  The nurse that actually took it had to wrap the sleeve around my forearm because my arms were too big for it and I'm not sure she pumped it enough so the reading might be off.  It was definitely really high and I was totally stressed out to the point I was starting to get migraines.  As soon as I find a grocery store that sells Ocean Spray Cran-Grape drink mix I'll be set.

I know I said that in April but I was still stressed out and some other stuff came up that interfered.  Earlier today a doctor said everything is back to normal so I'll be giving it another shot.

I got on the scale this morning.  I weighed 275 lbs.  I've lost 75 lbs.  You can't see my abs but I'd say I'm good shape.  The 235 lbs goal might be out of reach.  If I got there I'd look like I was from Ethiopia.

I'll probably gain a little over X-mas! :D

Thanksgiving night I felt like a great big fatass.  I think I ate more that day than I ever did before, and I have been working out a lot lately so I've been eating more than usual.  I was 30lbs. over where I had been (267 lbs.) and I wanted to lose it.  A girl i know told me about a movie called Fat, Sick, And Nearly Dead.  It's about a guy from Australia that goes on a juice fast for 60 days and loses 80 lbs and clears up some medical conditions he had.  Another guy in the movie lost 96 lbs in 60 days.  I watched it Thanksgiving night (it's on Hulu and Youtube) and decided to give it a try for 10 days.  Yesterday was the last day and i just weighed myself.

HOLY SHIT!!!

I'm down 32 lbs.  I just poured myself a glass of delicious, sparkling, ice-cold Pepsi and I could only drink half of it as it tasted way too sweet.  Witchery I say!

I've been watching testimonials on Youtube from people.  One guy said he lost 130 lbs in 60 days.  Noone says they've gained it back.

Fit-juice.com has a lot of info on juicing.  I thinking about trying a longer fast to get to 235 lbs.

Not many folks talk about gaining it back.

I'm trying not to be a wet blanket, but for me the hardest part has always been keeping it off.

I'm sure people gained it back.  But I assume at least some of them would've bitched about it.  A lot of people say it's changed what they eat.

I saw that film too, and have been curious as to the results of people trying the juicing thing.  Please keep us apprised!

Probably around February or March I'm going to do 10 day fast / 10 days off until I get where I want.  A friend is going to do a fast with me as he's had some thyroid problems over the past year and he ballooned up to 400 lbs.  He said he's going to do 60 days, and depending how it goes, extend it to 90 days, or take a month off and do another 60 days.  He wants to get down to 190 lbs.
