I have an awesome plan. to get to those 60 inches without implants or hormones... I was thinking to do a lipo on my belly and then gain weight again... most of the gain weight is already going to the chest but I want my belly a little bit smaller( I don't want diet to not lose the inches around tits) so my boobs look even bigger... and then when needed another lipo to be sure I'll get to the size I want hahaha... I want to be called at some point a ZZ Top hahahha... what do you think?
This actually is a plan I've been hoping for a long time someone would try. I'm impressed you've figured it out and are willing to try.
A few respectful suggestions:
Definitely keep working out to maintain your strength and tone, steady and not going to excess.

Might want to consider a personal trainer schedule wherever you work out, to stay on track. Remember everything is linked - legs and abs are just as important to stability as your back... Maintain a healthy diet, keep an eye on hormones and endocrine balance.
The nice thing, albeit expensive, is that other lipo can (theoretically) adjust wherever you don't want extra weight. As long as you have a good surgeon and sufficient funds.

A conservative approach is always reasonable.
With you starting out from such an excellent starting point as where you are now - ultimately you could get to beyond incredible.
Just be careful, seek qualified advice, and have fun with all of it as you go!!
