In one of the Nashville promo clips Connie Britton's character makes a comment to Hayden's character about needing to keep her "girls" under control. :o

So it appears from that Hayden's boobs might well be a featured part of her character in the show.

And that suggests Hayden will be wearing a lot of padded/push-up bras then to get in to character. ::) :-[

She got a small set of implants earlier this year.  So what you're seeing is her + implants + padding.
