I made this prop to use for a few pregnancy morphs, might be useful to someone else to use as a starting point.

Its reasonably high resolution with skin texture and a transparent background so can be copy and pasted into picture and the colour changed. It is also a bit darker on one side than the other so it can be rotated to compliment the pictures shadows.
