When emailing, messaging, or chatting with a woman who is good enough to indulge in my fantasy, I have always taken the approach of extreme respect. If she makes a minor faux pax or such, I tend to ignore it, for I realize I need her more than she needs me. If I say something that she may interpret as annoying, all she has to do is cease communicating and I am the one who is left unsatisfied, holding my wick, so to speak.
Instead, I give her the benefit of the doubt and keep my mouth shut. What's more important, I realize, my making some minor point and risking her wrath, or forgetting the incident and enjoying my time with her?
It all depends on what's important to you, after all. : )
