Yep.  Difficult to get a sense of scale when she's in a photo alone, but she has posed with Tessa Fowler (who is a diminutive 5'1") before and Lana absolutely towers over Tessa.

Here with Leanne. I tried to turn the pic. Of course the difference is enhanced by Lana wearing high heels while Leanne wears sneakers and Leanne is on slighly lower ground since there seems to be a slope.

Great photo. It really shows the massive size difference between the two EXCEPT the BOOBS. Goes to show you how Mother Nature can sometimes compensate.
