Not a bad show, if a bit gruesome for network television. I wouldn't say it's good for regular sightings, but there is a brief appearance in Episode 2 "Amuse-Bouche", as they show the killer selecting his next victim at a pharmacy.
No idea of the name, she isn't credited, and I would not expect her or anyone similar to show up again later. It was just a fun, one-off sighting.
