Yes, it is.  You know your "mole constellations" quite well.   

Then the person assembling this collage used someone else's tits (not sure why, as Anya's would more than suffice) and then someone else's head.

I'd say it was solved, except:

1. Does Anya have a pierced navel?

2. I can't see the seam between the head and the neck/rest of the torso.

Mod edit: you raise fair points Zook. When I don't personally recognize a subject or am able to confirm an ID after the fact, I generally rely on a consensus opinion: if other(s) think an ID has been made, that'll do.
