I am finding her as Holly James, can't find any pictures as a blonde but the tat on her belly looks to match.

I found the original picture - It was originally posted on a car forum, as part of a trip to some car convention or show. She's a model or booth babe or something there. There's no name attached in the original post.

There's some similarity, but I don't think it's Holly, thanks though. 

With that look she's gotta have more appearances than one carshow...

The picture looks to have been taken at the Max Power Live 2006 car show.  I attached a second image I found of her from the same show.  The posters look like they are for Babestation on Sky channel 172.  Holly James is/was a model for Babestation TV.  You can see her in 2 different videos as a blonde if you search for "Turn on TV bangbabes Holly James"
