I'm sure folks would have replied if they knew the answer to your question. I didn't/don't but I just googled and came up with a Hitomi Video called ZONO-048 Hitomi Tanaka sex with old men" (or something like that, based on translation). I don't know if that's where this gif is from, but maybe...

Thank you for your great effort Pal, but alas, that isn't the source. Unfortunately, Hitomi has done NUMEROUS scenes with old men, making the search extremely difficult. Or should I say, *fortunately* for us. LOL!

Unless you can recall the specific scene from memory, it's difficult to find the original film from a 2 second clip. Especially given the number movies she has made. After a bit of digging I was able to find it though. The video id is MIDE-027. My approach was to search Hitomi's filmography (http://sougouwiki.com/d/Hitomi) and for each video, find the vidcaps people usually post as a preview. And from there I just tried to match it up to the GIF you posted.
