I hope the big surprise will be that she is getting the enormous expanders of her dreams today.  They may take years to fill, but the journey is a big part of the fun.  The picture is from her bath last night.

I assume the video was maybe a shower video; too optimistic to assume she is talking her old implants having been replaced with larger ones.

I think certain pictures are just hidden behind OF; you have to subscribe to see them.  Beshine did this for years when she was on Twitter, but she apparently stopped posting last March.  Just a way of promoting where you have more control over the replies, which I cannot blame them with so many hiding behind their anonymity while slinging mud.  But yeah, seems like everything went well and seeing that she called it a procedure, I am assuming that it was just a fill.  I'm not currently subscribed to her OF; she does post a lot there, but her prices are also higher.
