I hope the big surprise will be that she is getting the enormous expanders of her dreams today.  They may take years to fill, but the journey is a big part of the fun.  The picture is from her bath last night.

In the position of not knowing what exactly was done, if anything, beyond additional filling.  The picture and this remarks are just after the procedure.
"It went great.
I?m still swollen, heavy and completely out of control."

Then today;
"First video right after the procedure.
Wet. Heavy. Too full to hold."

I assume the video was maybe a shower video; too optimistic to assume she is talking her old implants having been replaced with larger ones.
