So long as character development essentially ignores how big her breasts are, they become a tongue in cheek joke for other characters.  Like in Frasier, if Mary played Daphne, her breast size would be something left unsaid while the reactions of Niles and Frasier would, while unsaid, be the opposite.  There could be some episodes where she is having difficulty doing something because of her breast size, while she remains oblivious to the cause.

Or perhaps a waitress of Sam's desire on Cheers, where the character once again is not built around how she is built as much as it is something she basically ignores, but the patrons all notice.  Accidents may abound when carrying drink trays or even her failure to see drinks on the bar before she turns, knocking them over.

The idea is to basically have a character rather naive to her breast size, but displaying some of the real life consequences.

She posted yesterday on her OF asking if anyone knew a company that could possibly make custom expanders of huge sizes.  Her current ones are only capable of 6k and she is at 5500, but without specificity to size, Mary seems to want boobs maybe the size of Beshine's, possibly 20k.

Mary is at 5500cc.  Beshine may well be 20,000cc, having taken nearly 15 years to get that huge from where Mary is today, so I am not sure she really cares about someone eventually having bigger boobs.  Obviously, from the posts on Foxy's thread, she is not interested in socializing with anyone outside her circle beyond complimentary social media posts.  It should not have been necessary for her to repeat once again how much she values her privacy and desire to live a normal life, albeit, with enormous boobs, but some just don't understand.
Still, as the one post citing Beshine's own implant description that acknowledged they were not made by a implant company, the question should become than who?  Obviously, a company making medical grade implants should be the first thought.  And what is a primary product used in creating flexible implant products?  Polyurethane.

Polyurethane is actually more durable and malleable than silicone, and did you know that there is a polyurethane foam that can be injected to form a light cushion like substance?  It is already used in furniture production, replacing foam rubber.  Is this what Beshine talked about years ago, saying that when her implants reached full size, that she would have the saline drained and replaced with a fluid product that would soon become gel like?  Occam's razor suggest that if all the puzzle pieces fit, it is the likely answer.  The thing is, with so many factories manufacturing medical polyurethane products, which one?

And the thing we may have missed but always wondered about; it is much lighter than saline.

Mary has a $15 special this month for 30 days of seeing all her content on OF.  I do like the way she expresses her thoughts about her boobs and her desire to make them enormous.  As I have point out before, past a certain size, it seems that membership declines and I assume that Mary knows this, but her desire to have enormous boobs evidently exceeds her thoughts of money; when the cost of custom made expanders is more than you can reasonably expect from OF revenue, you know it is all about wanting to live with enormous boobs and experience these sensations daily.

Would Mary enjoy life with enormous round fake boobs weighing 100 pounds?  I certainly hope so, but I also stop and think, if done right, supported internally like Beshine has done, what is the alternative filler that Beshine alluded to?  Once you reach such enormous size, to be able to have the saline drained and perhaps have a polyurethane foam injection that fills the implant with a gel like foam that weighs considerably less than the saline sounds remarkable.  Would Mary love waking up each morning with such enormous boobs?  We can only hope she would be happy.
