When one considers that Beshine said her implants did not come from a implant manufacturer, one can see that urethane is the good alternative; more flexible and durable.  Once down that road, urethane foam is made in a variety of densities and can be injected as a liquid that expands into a foam, thus becoming lighter.  I think Beshine has known this all along when she said she would have the saline replaced once she reaches her desired size.
