GRIS currently gives just one result that goes to a tumblr blog.  The EXIF says it's been in Photoshop; but if it's a morph it's a good one.

Mod edit: egads wintry, I think you're right! Major kudos on your eagle eye and functioning memory bank. ;) As I don't completely trust my own eye/memory 100%, let's just hear from another opinion or two on this before it's marked solved. Color me impressed though! -Palomine :)

It's her.  Amalia Plo______.  Thank-you, wintry.

It is a morph.  I'm attaching the original here.  

This group of photos is from 2007.  So not knowing much about her, I had a concern about her age in this picture.  But I just discovered this woman is now 32.  

Mod edit: thank you kindly Liam for the confirmation on this ID. Amalia's got to be in the top 1% atm among her peers. ;) -Palomine
