I saw in a recent video where she visits him twice a week.  Though Allegra does have good posture, I have to imagine that minor bending forward, like playing the piano, does take a toll.  Perhaps that is why all her piano videos are seemingly all just a few minutes long, or shorter; it is that smaller degree of leaning that tends to pull.

Actually, I catch her videos on YouTube.  Some are long, some short.  It seems the only open media in which she still participates and amazingly enough, the comments are overwhelmingly positive.

Her forward projection is absolutely insane, her current look is fantastic.  I would of course love to see her get even bigger, but it would be a shame to see her losing some of that incredible projection as her implants got rounder and more filled out.
