We live in such interesting times. I was thinking how huge Allegra is yet there are even bigger women such as Foxy, Chelsea and Beshine. Hard to believe if you think about it.

That is definitely true.  I remember thinking girls like Traci Topps and Tiffany Towers were absolutely enormous at the time (and I suppose they were) but they look positively miniscule in comparison to some of the big boob models of today.  Hell, some of them today are close to the sizes of the ultra-huge fake prosthetic boob fantasy girls from that time period, like Zena Fulsom or Dixie Dynamite.

I can imagine and really, the Holy Grail would be if the implant was filled with a very lightweight filler. Then women could have huge breasts and still be able to carry them. Allegra as Minnie Mouse.

Imagine if you will, a expander implant, created in whatever shape you desire, with a colander like shell to allow water absorption, that is initially filled with silly string.  As the string swells, the shell maintains the desired breast shape.  There is a port for saline injection if growth is too slow that can also be used to maintain a particular size.  The shell is attached to the ribs with titanium screws, assuring that the implant will never migrate.  The girl could now choose between round, low hangers, or anything in between as far as shape.  It does nothing to alter the weight, but the possibilities would be endless.

Nah, what we need is the Star Trek transporter technology which essentially transform matter into energy and then transforms  it back to its original point. The holodeck was the same technology but it could recreate energy into any desired matter. So I guess we'll have to wait until the 24th century for the tits we desire women to have.
