i have to say that i like allegra and how she is showing us her journey. she is not telling a "fake" story as others are doing it and even when i do not like some of her surgeries or body works i appreciate her honesty.

When I saw that "after" pic what it reminded me of just a little was this model from back in the 80's or 90's, I can't recall her name but most or at least many people in the US will know who I am talking about. She started getting facial surgeries and after like 5 or 6 or how ever many "looked like a cat"

Some reports suggest that that was actually the look she was going for.

How anybody can go to that extreme I can't fathom.  In Allegra's case, she should put all her money in enlarging her breasts. My $0.02. Captain Nemo has the right idea.

I would agree she does not look anything like THE END RESULT but you can see little hints that sugggest she has the beginning of a look that would end up that way if she kept going down that road.
