Since that photo of Allegra seems to be taken at the ocean and the salinity of seawater is about 3.5 % and the salinity of saline implants is 1%, seawater is denser and therefore saline implants will float. As a matter of fact, the salinity at the Great Salt Lake in Utah and The Dead Sea bordering Israel and Jordan is so high that you can easily float, boobs or no boobs.

^There is so much Hollywood could do in comedy or sitcom situations with someone built like Allegra if they cast the role seriously, but they continue to deem what is politically correct, only seeing the worth as adult entertainment.  Not saying they need be in the Mickey Mouse Club, but in my humble opinion, they are missing the boat in not seeing possibilities.
