She looks quite stunning for 52 years old.  I wouldn't say she looks a lot younger, but her skin and body are in remarkable shape that does tend to defy age.

I've met her at prior AVNs and she is much more impressive to see in person than photos.

I'm quite certain of that.  Her less round, more projecting breast shape defies gravity and in my humble opinion, has always supported the contention she has an internal bra.  Without any evidence of sagging over the years and the right breast suddenly dropping, it seemed to me to be evidence one braided suture support had failed, which if I was right, was rather mind boggling to me as to why the Botch Bois wouldn't help her because the required repair would only require two small incisions to affix and thread the new cord, the trick is getting the cord to an appropriate length.

This could well be representative of what would be the results of having a internal bra placed earlier in her expansion years.  A internal bra is basically a shelf for the implants, so all future growth must go outward, sideward, and upward.  If you look at early pictures of Beshine compared to today, this is exactly what happened, even the underboob crease went from profound to nearly non-existent.  Wouldn't it be great to see Allegra trying to reach for things around her?  Needless to say, piano playing would be out, her boobs resting on the keys that her hands cannot touch.
