Looks a little wacky to me. The hair, the right arm....yeah I'd say shenanigans were afoot. It looks like she was created using various different pictures.

Definitely a morph, it looks like Leanne Crow's body (with bigger boobs of course), with another woman's face cropped on (Maybe the woman who posted the photo?)
