There is an old saying that if you throw enough shit at a wall some is bound to stick. I agree with the thought that perhaps it should be put in several sections of the forum to facilitate finding it. For example, Magic seems to only post in the Morph section and I can't recall him ever posting anywhere else. Does he even go to the other sections ?  I don't really know but I suspect he doesn't. Imagine if he became a active participant. The added competition would improve it for everybody else. I suggest leaving it in the General section and adding it to the Morph, User gallery and even to the Off Topic as a special part. Must be prominent and easily seen. Not being computer savvy I have no idea of the difficulty but it is worth a try. My $0.02.

I take it that by "adding it" you mean to have a thread in the Morph Requests Forum advertising the contest and providing a link to the current one: we have already adopted this idea.  We also plan to post the morph entries in the Users' Gallery, again with references - if possible, links - to the contest.  I can't see doing something similar in the Off-topic Forum: that's hardly the place to look for people interested in morphs. You and others can help by posting comments during the contest (as is indeed your commendable practice).

That is clearly called for.  Unfortunately we don't have devices like flashing titles or even colored titles available in the subject line.  All we can do is use all upper case and maneuver to keep the thread on page 1.

I can't recall Magic doing anything but "my friend/girlfriend/wife" morphs. That may be the reason. We can't add the contest thread itself to the other forums, but we can post threads containing links to the contest thread. That's as sophisticated as we can get.
