Apologies for the vague title, but all I have to go on is a single image.  Kayla is holding a golden boot that might be a trophy, and there is a man who looks like a game show host holding a microphone.  Anyone have any ideas?

The man on the right is Richard Bey from The Richard Bey show back in the 1990's, part of the exploitation shows along with Sally Jesse Raphael and others of that era. It was a trashy show that would show many of the 90's bit tit gals.

Ok, good info.  The golden boot in question is the "booty award" which was something Bey gave out from time to time.  There is an episode on youtube but it does not seem to be the awards episode in question because Richard Bey looks a bit older and is wearing a black bow-tie instead of a red one.  So now the hunt is for an earlier episode.
