Based on her Twitter feed (@thebrittanyxoxo), she's in good spirits and ready to replace the burst implant to match the intact one. She calls it a "little setback" and an "easy fix".

Wish her the best and hope she will go through all of this with her positive power. Think she has the personality to do so.

It sounds like an implant ruptured.  How would having another surgery “too soon” cause that?  More likely it’s just a defect.

An unforeseen complication from going too big too fast? Aren't surgeons always telling their patients to wait at least 6 months to allow their breasts to fully heal before doing another breast augmentation?

I am no profession but it sounds like the implant itself has a malfunction. The timespan between operations is more to let the skin heal and to let all settle.
in her latest post on twitter she is doing very well and still doing some fun of it. Looks kind of uneven but  she looks healthy.
She has my full respect for comunicate these situation with all of us, because it shows that the sun not allways shine: go and make the best out of it with more power than before. Wish her the best.

From what she mentioned on another platform, she apparently got a burn on that particular boob a while back, and she thinks that may have caused a weak spot in the implant shell at that point.

Seems pretty reasonable to me.

1) I hope she is well and is going to get even better.
2) IMHO I think she REALLY should have stopped with the 2400's.
3) She does seem happy and if she is happy, that makes me happy.

Seems like she’s doing well, according to her IG: just says she has to take it easy for a while. She says she’s had the reconstructive surgery and can’t work out for 3 weeks.  No more intense workouts because of her size.

I think the 4200s look awesome on her.
