While her boobs seem a bit squishier than most firm fake boobs, there is a point where your sideboobs start sticking far enough so that lying on your side becomes increasingly difficult because they push against the mattress/floor, pushing you onto your back a bit further. I think Brittany is at that point where they push her back a bit, whereas someone like Beshine is nearly regulated to being on her back, only able to get a slight turn.
