Actually, the far transfer is not difficult, but somewhat traumatic to the skin; unlike robotic surgery, lots of bruising. As I understand it, the problem is with vascularization will quickly become sufficient sustain the transferred fat cells; without nourishment, they will die, leaving a lumpy or even disproportionate look. And as with every surgery, there is always the chance of infection. IMHO, it cannot replicate expanders for ease and simplicity, but if you want a full and rather natural look, aside from triggering lactating gigantomastia, I guess this is the way to go.
