I would suggest that evidently Demora is taking an increased liking to the high and round look of huge fake boobs.  I have occasionally speculated that having the skin already stretched, a girl could likely have big expanders inserted and attain a huge size sooner, however, I hope she follows a intelligent path like Beshine evidently did by having a lattice internal bra placed to not only permanently lift, but to strengthen the incision.  It is a bit expensive, but it would eliminate a lot of potential problems.

Hate to break it to you- but this is not accurate. What she said was she was looking at explanting and getting a fat transfer and lift at that same time. Meaning she’d get smaller without the implants but the lift would raise them up.
