I'm just curious- have we come to a consensus on whether Demora is all- natural?  I know that she had small expanders added to help add structure and lift to her boobs, but is that enough to put her into the 'augmented' camp. 
  I mean, for me- I consider her to be all natural, but....

There are literally artificial implants inside her breasts, so I don't see how you can reconcile the thought that she's 'all-natural'. Even if it's just for structural support, it still adds volume/size: she's got like a liter of saline in each tit. She doesn't even bill herself as all-natural anymore, as she used to, because it's simply not true.
