Hello,
has anybody experience with 10GBase-T managed switches? I think I can start with 8 ports. 24 port switches are a bit expensive 2000 Euro and above.
My homenetwork is currently based on a central 24P-1GBase-T managed switch. And my cabeling is prepared for the copper based 10GBase-T. I have Cat-7 1000 MHz S/FTP (PIMF) cables.
And with my next NAS where I want to cache the HDD's with SSD's, I plan to implement 10Gbit network interfaces.
