Personally, I love the broader look; huge breasts should have a large base to better support all that boobage and avoid drooping too much. And the base should not just be on the anterior chest, but wrap around the sides, much as we see with Beshine today, where the protrusion of her sideboob starts perhaps 1" from her back. Standing upright, her arms are resting on her sideboobs, angling outward, however, for the most part, she has adopted a swayback position, with her shoulders considerably behind her hips, which allows her arms to drop straight down.
Hmm. I would like to see a picture of what you are describing, Bombayduk. Perhaps in a perfect world, the breast attachment would be more at a little above the hip?

Tough to get a definitive picture, however, I think you can get some ideas from this one. The shape of Beshine's breasts are set and they can only fall to either side by maybe an inch or, in a inclined position, go upward a few inches. Much of the reason is the enormous base that holds them in place. The back of Beshine's left breast is probably no more than 1" off the cushion; in other pictures of her standing and holding her arms up, you can see the wrap around protrusion starts nearly at her back. As you can imagine, standing upright, her arms would not be at her sides, but lying on all the sideboob. For the past 5 years or so, Beshine has increasingly developed a swayback position when standing, which while allowing her arms to hang straight down, primarily serves to center her upper body weight over her hips. When you consider that probably more than 50% of the total weight above the waist is boobs, it is natural to assume that swayback position to reduce stress on the back muscles.
So, her breasts, which are quite round, start close to her back and wrap around to her sternum, which is why I chose this picture; because it a number of things. You can see her base is nearly as wide as her boobs when you consider the axillary. You can also see how there is very little underboob fold (I'm not sure what to call it), the area where a breast is constantly in contact with the chest and often a bit reddened from sweat and/or contact; there is only a thin line under her right breast, so clearly, there is nominal fold (she was dressed and sitting before taking off her top and lying back (no bra was present). Since she has a internal bra, one would expect to actually see less and less fold as she inflated her size, and that is exactly what happened.
We have 10 ribs in the front; the top 7 connecting to the sternum, the bottom three bending upward and attaching to each other and the 7 rib. I cannot say which rib Beshine's base extends down to, but I would bet it likely covers her 7th rib, perhaps the 8th, so it likely extends to her diaphragm. I would guess any real bouncing may press on the diaphragm to some extent and cause a little shortness of breath. Anyway, standing, I believe her upper base likely starts at her 2nd rib, so I think it would be fair to say her base is perhaps 8" in height, and as the picture shows, the width perhaps 10" from sternum to where they root near her back, while each boob is close to the width of her torso. In any case, I imagine each boob base covers over 60 square inches, which is to be expected given the size of her implants.
