Toni worked at a secret San Francisco pleasure house in Chinatown called Kurabu Kakucho which meant "Club Expansion" but the members usually just called it Kuraba or The Club. The Mistress of Kurabu Kakucho was Aijin, but everyone called her Angie. Angie would recruit American girls of Asian decent and give them an American name and sign them up for a three year contract to work at The Club. Toni - In the Kurabu Club

The Playboy Bunny outfit is famous so Mistress Angie learned from Mr. Hefner and decided to have a uniform for her Kurabu girls.  She wanted something a little less tame than cute bunny ears and a puff tail, no.  That would not do for the Kurabu Club which was known for expanding the busts of the hostesses.  Also, the Kurabu club was more of a private pleasure destination than a casual night out on the town.  She knew her girls were priceless and incomparable and very willing to say, "Coffee, tea or me?"
